Are Organic Beauty Essence products suitable for all ages and hair textures?
Absolutely! Our products are crafted with natural, non-toxic ingredients and are safe for all hair textures, including curly, coily, wavy, and even straight hair. While our formulas are gentle and suitable for all ages, we recommend them for individuals 18 months and older, as they were not specifically formulated for infants or babies.
After I place my order, when will my order ship?
- All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Free US shipping will be delivered within 5 business days. For international shipping, the selected shipping method applies after order has moved from our fulfillment center then shipped by the carrier.
- Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 3-4 business days upon receipt of order.
- If your package just shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.
How do I update/cancel my order?
Please email us at hello@organicbeautyusa.com. Have your order number ready. If the order has already been provided to our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel the order.
What is the Return Process and what are the Rules?
Are there any Non-returnable Items?
YES, the following items cannot be returned or receive refunds;
- SALE ITEMS (If applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded including subscriptions to the Hapy Hair Box.
- Gift cards
- In-store credit
Do I Qualify for a Refund and How do I Receive It?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- We do not offer refunds for delivered items that have been stolen (door step delivery).
- We do not offer refunds for deliveries that have been sent to the wrong address due to errors from the buyer.
- We do not offer refunds for deliveries that have been received at the right address on by someone representing the buyer.
- You are advised to track your delivery and make arrangements to safely receive it.

As a member of the happy hair club, you will receive a box packed with 6 full sized vegan hair products and gift suprises, once every two months directly to your doorstep.
You are charged immediately after subscription and receive an e-mail confirmation of your order together with access to your account.
The Happy Hair Box is available in a Bi-monthly subscription at $69.99

Can I Customize My Box?
While we do not offer box customization services presently, every treatment mask you receive is tailored for a specific curl concern from thininng hair strands, to dryness and various scalp conditions.
And the subsequent masks are carefully formulated to build on foundations laid by the previous mask.
Can I Skip Or Reschedule My Subscription Charge?
Yes you can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal.
Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge.
You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date
How Do I Cancel/ Pause My Subscription?
You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want by sending and email to subscribers@organicbeautyusa.com
Indicate your name and order number in the email subject line.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop.
Note that your subscription cancellation must be at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Shipping and Returns
Happy Hair Box ships out the next day after payment. Shipping is free for US orders. Shipping outside the US is calculated at checkout. We do not accept returns for the Happy Hair Box
